This Tex-Mex restaurant near Dallas, TX already had the layout for their full-size menu, but needed the large-format menu transformed into a smaller, yet still readable to-go format. They wanted to keep the look of their menu and it was very tricky to fit all these great menu items into this perfect-for-your-pocket trifold layout.
